EXTENDED SURFACE FIBERGLASS & SYNTHETIC POCKET FILTERS

Applications: Fiberglass Pocket Filters are for use in areas that require a high degree of cleanliness including hospitals, schools, industrial facilities and office complexes. Pocket filters excel in both dust holding capacity and filter efficiency, meaning lower service life and lower operating cost. Synthetic Pocket Filters replace fiberglass pocket filters and do not shed fiberglass particles down stream during shut off. Both filters are available in a wide range of sizes, pocket configurations and efficiencies.

EXTENDED SURFACE BOX STYLE AIR FILTER

Designed for use in today’s variable air volume systems. Rigid cells provide high efficiency media in a deep pleated supported format. ASHRAE cartridges contain secure, moister resistant media. Mini-pleat technology has been incorporated into two 4” deep products; metal framed with a header and die-cut framed box style. Applications: Hospitals, office buildings, food processing and high technological manufacturing, where secure, fully supported high efficiency filtration is critical.

HIGH EFFICIENCY MINI-PLEAT FILTER

Applications: Achieve supreme efficiency in both normal and hostile environments. Can be used in 100% relative humidity, turbulent airflow, repeated fan shut downs and intermittent exposure to water. Replaces pocket and rigid style filters. Construction: The high efficiency mini-pleat, promoting a low initial pressure drop and extended surface life.With a total weight of only 9 pounds, the mini-pleat is constructed of lightweight materials.
Performance:
• 90-95% efficient, MERV 14.
• Initial Operating Resistance at 2000 cfm is .52” w.g.
• Recommended Final Resistance is 1.5” w.g.

6” DEEP HIGH EFFICIENCY COMPACT MINI-PLEAT FILTERS

State-of-the-art high efficiency filtration designed to provide long life, low initial resistance and secure filtration. May be used in many applications without a pre-filter when all levels of filtration are upstream of the air handling equipment. Can help make variable frequency drive systems more energy efficient. Performance:
• 90-95% efficient, MERV 16.
• Extremely low initial pressure leading to significant improvements in energy efficiency as well as an extended service life.
• Initial Pressure Drop is .36” w.g.
• Recommended Final Pressure Drop is 1.5” w.g.
