High capacity pleated filters have 50% more media than standard capacity pleated filters and last longer between filter changes. MERV 11 MICROSTATIC PLEAT AIR FILTERSApplications: MERV 11 Microstatic Air Filters are ideal for cleaning household air. These filters can be used in residential furnaces or central air conditioners, and offer superior efficiency in contrast to conventional permanent or disposable filters. The normal service life of these filters is 90 days.Performance: • MERV 11 efficiency. • Electrostatically charged fibers trap virus carrying particles and bacteria. • Captures dust, mold spores and pet dander. • Snares smoke and smoke particles. SELF SEALING SINGLE, 2 PLY OR 3 PLY RING PANELS, LINKS & CUBE FILTERSApplications: 3 Ply Ring Panels are designed to be used in the same medium efficiency applications as pleated filters. Some added advantages are moisture resistance, an internal wire frame and the elimination of air bypass due to self gasketing design. LINK FILTERS are constructed of interconnected panel filters and ideal for side access filter housing applications. CUBE FILTERS have all the humidity and air bypass advantages as panels and links but are designed to be used in higher flow applications or when longer duration between change out is desired. The deep cube design increases surface area which increases dust holding capacity and extend service life. |
